What to do in Davos during the winter
Where to ski
For snow lovers Davos is the best place ever! The region boasts 6 snow sports resorts: Jakobshorn, Parsenn, Pischa, Rinerhorn and Madrisa, 300 km of slopes all to be discovered.
Among the various ski areas, the most loved by skiers is probably Parsenn, which can be reached from Davos with the Parsenn funicular and from Klosters with the Gotschna cable car.
Snowboarding in Davos
Without a doubt among the best freestyle parks in Switzerland, the Jatzpark on the Jackobshorn mountain has become a meeting point for fans of this sport.
If you too are a lover of freestyle it is a must on your holiday, but make sure you take the time to stop for a stop at the infamous Jatzhütte.
Tobogganing
Spend a day different from the usual and become children again, thanks to the Parsenn, Rinerhorn, Madrisa and Schatzalp slopes. An emotion to try absolutely!
To find out where these slopes are and if they are currently practicable, we recommend that you visit the official page of Davos Tourism.
Cross-country skiing
One of the best cross-country skiing areas in Switzerland, so much so that Dario Cologna, a well-known Swiss cross-country skier, has created his own cross-country skiing centre in the well-known resort. The slopes have various degrees of difficulty for classic and skating techniques.
